Line Dancing (All Ages)

  • We will learn a variety of line dances set to country music. This line dancing class is appropriate for all skill levels and all ages. Come out and have fun with your friends! This class is 45 minutes, and the cost is $5 per person.

Mommy/Daddy and Me (Age 0-4)

  • This class is for our littlest dancers and their parent, grandparent, guardian, or teenage sibling. We will work on very basic dance concepts with child-appropriate music, but the idea of this class is for the kids to be able to have fun and interact with each other. They can bounce on your knee or show off their dance moves. Whatever they are comfortable with! This is a 30 minute class, and the cost is $7 for each child (the person who comes with the child participates for free).

Pop Music Dance (Age 5-8)       

  • We will learn basic dances to child-appropriate music in a no pressure environment. We want to teach the kids about the joy of movement, not about being perfect on every step. This is a 45 minute class, and the cost is $8 per child.

Pop Music Dance (Age 9-17)

  • We will learn basic dances to child-appropriate music in a no pressure environment. We want to teach the kids about the joy of movement, not about being perfect on every step. This is a 45 minute class, and the cost is $8 per child.

Pop Music Dance (Age 18+)

  • Come learn the dance moves from your favorite songs from the 1990s and beyond. We will learn dances from the Backstreet Boys, Britney Spears, Spice Girls, N'Sync, Quad City DJ's, and more. This class is for any skill level. We focus on movement, not being perfect. This is a 45 minute class, and the cost is $8 per person.

Dancing to the Oldies (Age 18+)

  • We are going to sweat to the oldies in this class. We will pump 70s and 80s music while doing basic jazzercise-style dance moves. This class is appropriate for all skills and mobility levels. The class is 45 minutes, and the cost is $8 per person.

Yoga (Age 18+)

  • This is a beginner yoga class where you can go at your own pace. Yoga has a variety of positive benefits for your mind and body, and this class will leave you feeling stronger and calmer. We will focus on very basic movements that are suitable for people at any mobility level. This is a 45 minute class, and the cost is $8 per person. Please bring a yoga mat or large towel with you.

Chair Yoga (Age 18+)

  • Chair yoga takes the basics of regular yoga and modifies the movements for those who cannot easily get down on the ground to do regular yoga. This class is perfect for older folks and those with mobility issues. This class is 45 minutes, and the cost is $8 per person.

Tai Chi (Age 14+)

  • Tai chi is full of slow, graceful movements with the goal of improving balance and flexibility. It is often referred to as meditation in motion. This class is suitable for everybody, including those who have serious mobility issues. This is a 45 minute class, and the cost is $8 per person.

Meditation (Age 14+)

  • Practicing meditation has a lot of different benefits for your mind and body, including improved memory, improved emotional regulation, and a calmer nervous system. This class will teach you how to silence your mind and connect with your inner world. This is a 45 minute class, and the cost is $5 per person.
